These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Immersive Book Publishers website and any services you purchase from us.
By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Immersive Book Publishers provides ghostwriting, editing, publishing, marketing, and web design services as described in your project agreement.
All projects require an initial deposit. Remaining balances are due according to the schedule outlined in your contract. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in our satisfaction guarantee.
You retain 100% ownership of your manuscript, cover, and all derivative materials we produce on your behalf, upon final payment.
All client materials, ideas, and discussions are treated as confidential. Our team operates under signed NDAs.
Each deliverable includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.
We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings, or bestseller results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
